Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned.
