Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Damaged or wrong items? Contact us within 7 days with a photo for a replacement or full refund — no return needed. Opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
